  My family recently visited Shalom on a Saturday morning for brunch. The atmosphere is beautiful and the space is designed well. There is a play area for children and seating across the lawn. The assortment of pastries and baked goods is nice. The reason for my 3-star review however is the non-welcoming attitude of the woman who was operating the cash register. She was not polite or helpful in any manner, and actually seemed quite irritated to answer questions. In my experience, customer service can make or break an establishment. In this case, I don't have a desire to return to Shalom because my family didn't feel welcome. Why is this so hard for people to understand?

  Quant hideaway with a excellent eatery , friendly staff and local produce that competes with international standards.... I would recommend the olive oil to anyone. Thank you for a lovely afternoon Joy and team.

  So calm and relaxing. The green houses are very well taken care of. The bistro is amazing!
