  The assistant at the desk -rather old- was unplesant, incompetent and seems to be proud of it ! So disappointed !

  Terrible booking system. Takes 10 or 20 emails to get a booking, then you have to pay using outdated payments. Staff at resorts well below standard.

  The people at the gates are uneducated, the roads are falling apart and overall maintenence is poor. Ablution blocks are in good condition.

  Very poor service. - only online Booking over their tool is recommended. Agents unfriendly and not even helpful at all. Online booking less pain. - Agents are not able to calculate the refund correctly. Overall better choose other camps. Okaukuejo, Halali and Waterberg have seen better times.

  i have been tring to get hold of anyone at your office to no avail. made a booking online, received the confirmation email. however to finalise my booking NOTHING. can someone please get back to me as your number is either not answered or the call gets cut off,
