  Cozy, comfortable; friendly (& funny) staff with professional service given. There's a waiting area in the offices that one can use while waiting for the bus or waiting for your lift after being dropped off.

  Non esiste uno zero altrimenti lo avrei messo ... scortesia e maleducazione all’ufficio di partenza per un viaggio di 20 ore che sarebbe dovuto terminare alle 10.00 del giorno successivo ed invece è terminato alle 15.00. Autobus molto stretto, o meglio un bus normale per le brevi tratte. Scomodo e stretto. E ciliegina sulla torta durante l’attesa ad uno dei border qualcuno ci ha fugato negli zaini che avevano a bordo e ci hanno rubato dei soldi che erano ben nascosti in due diversi punti . Per fortuna non tantissimi... la Sosta con bus aperto ed autista a bordo ...
