::I went to ausspannplatz branch as I was just reffered there by a friend, to call the lady informed me they only have one branch open which is in eros and that their flowers had just arrive.with all my enthusiasm I went to eros as a friend recommended to them because of her last great service in ausspannplatz. To get there a lady assist me I tell her I would like a flowers gave a detail to say light flowers and she picks yellow I informed her to not include yellow she takes me to a stand of roses and instructed me to pick the ones I want myself. As I point at one she picks another that I did not choose , she even chose the ones with the bruised petals, she was yawning and her face was full of annoyance as I described the flower I would like to have I told her its okay she can leave them. I left wasted my transportation money to go there . Definitely wont be going back there !

::They mixed up the delivery date of the flowers I paid for in advance. They then denied that they made a mistake and said it was me who booked the wrong date while booking is in their hand writing. The Lady that helped me used terms such as coloured boy or non white boy when describing me to the lady who messed up the delivery date. I wont use their service again.
