  Firstly the service is so poor. When you ask for something they don't generally come back with the answer but you have to call them several times to get the needed info. Far away from town. I asked for a quotation and for 4 days no sign of reply from their end even after several callbacks. Then I went in person to ask for it, they gave me the pricing which I paid in person. Then in a few minutes I received the quotation.. I don't know who were they trying to fool! It's been a week already and no sign of them doing their job!
