  Standard Ster-Kinekor cinema experience. Go on a Tuesday for super cheap tickets. The food and drink counter is rather slow.

  Pretty standard cinema. There is a stain on the screens of one of the cinemas which really annoys me. It's been there for as long as I can remember. I wish they would get rid of it. Cinema itself is ok all the usual amenities, conveniently located. Transport to and from is relatively easy to get and its located next to some restaurants and fast food outlets so you can grab a bite before or after the movie.

  It gets busy on Tuesdays cause of the specials, you can buy your ticket in advance though. It's a great place and I feel personally the cinemas here are way better. I watched Acrimony at Grove's cinema and I could hear the movie in the next cinema. I feel at Maerua mall the rooms are better sound proofed.

  I would give it 4 stars but after watching infinity war at Grove a few days before and then Maerua, I was quite disappointed with the viewing experience compared to Grove. The movie's brightness was ridiculously low which I felt hampered the quality a lot. The sound was also so awkwardly low, you would miss some dialogue if someone in the audience made some noise. I don't remember it being that bad for other movies so hopefully it's just that one time. Besides that, service was good, the popcorn and slush puppy was delicious. The place is clean.
