::hello everyone, qatar airways has opend a fancy office in Windhoek/Namibia lately. Just don't go in, and expect any help from the staff working their, especially if you are a member of the so-called "privilege club"! I went their to get a ticket on miles i have collected over the past 2 years, just to get told, they cannot do anything for me! besides, if u wanna buy a ticket cash, you have to deposit the money in the bank yourself, meaning you stand in the cue for quiet a while! after all, the place&stuff sucks!
