  Perhaps this is review is biased because I’m comparing to top notch service at other lodges we stayed at on this trip, however the staff at here felt very unhelpful. It feels more like a medium tier US hotel, rather than a luxury safari lodge. The views are stunning, however there are plenty of lodges that have great views with more updated rooms and friendlier staff.
