  Although they have recently upgraded their service department, the service which they deliver is severely lacking. A lack of internal communication and a constant passing of the buck when issues arise turns the initial good experience into a terrible one. I will not buy another Ford solely because of their service department. It's a pity there are no other dealerships in town, I do enjoy their cars.

  Asked for a certesy car when i did the booking did not sound like they tried getting one when i gave my car in. Otherwise very good service.
