  service is the worst you wait 3weeks for a contract phone which is contradictory to the period they wrote in the information books which is 5 working days, and there is no feed back to a customer, you have to run after them everyday.. very .bad service...

  Automated numbering que. But service is slow at least the staff is friendly. Only 3 service counters available that I feel is to little. Parking is kind of a problem but its free. I would recomend MTC Maerua mall or The Grove mall insted.
