  I will not even suggest this insurance company to my enemy. My annuaty matured in October 2016, but Metropolitan is still waiting for it to mature. Twice when I called their computer system was down and they could not give me any information. Joseph who answered the telephone has no telephone etiquette. Johanna tried to sweet talk me by calling me an esteemed client. Really, really bad - not to mention the risky investments they have done with my money.

  Slow to provide service but fast when doing monthly deductions, the switchboard is poor in assistance and needs staff to be trained on customer care as they provide no empathy towards clients. Unhelpful and slow when making payments
