  As day patient on 07.06.2018 I experienced gross incompetence from admittance to discharge. The hospital is not coping with the amount of patients booked in. The staff tries its best to remain friendly, but they don't cope. This is medical industry only private medical technology which is geared soly to please the shareholders. All these forms are a smoke screen to cover them and their specialst, only, aimed at making patients feel they care. It's a public relations stunt not more. Lately I lost trust in specialists and definately Windhoek MediCity. Dreadfully there seems to be no alternative for the treatment which l require. I am certainly not looking forward to go there again!!!
