::Very unprofessional service. I purchased a fridge cash today and was promised same day delivery at 5pm. Its 19:48 now and I have not even received a call informing me about the whereabouts of this fridge. Mind you, I paid for delivery as well. In light of this I went ahead and bought frozen goods (hake, ice cream, mixed veggies, chicken, etc) and since 5pm my foods have been waiting for a fridge that isn't arriving. This is very painful for me as my money has gone to waste. Who will refund me on my groceries that have gone bad because they thawed. I'm upset. There were 3 other furniture stores I could have gone to. This is unacceptable behavior especially for a Cash paying customer. Who will ull refund my frozen goods..?? Fix this. Thank you
