  If you would like to learn more about the liberal struggle Namibia went through to gain it's independence, head to this museum. Plus there's a beautiful restaurant on the terrace over looking the Windhoek city exposing such a beautiful view.

  Amazing place to experience the history of Namibiaits people. Filled with paintings, artifacts, and historical books. Also has an amazing restaurant on the top floor with an amazing view of Windhoek city, great place for a meal, refreshments and photos for them that are enthusiastic.

  Built by those well known democrats the North Koreans so totally unbiased of course. The communist SWAPO terrorists won every battle and the nasty South Africans only ever attacked refugee camps. The star is for the restaurant which is the only redeeming feature in this tawdry propaganda effort.

  German friends on a visit to Namibia came back and told me that they were shocked when they saw this extremely ugly building. According to them there used to be a beautiful statue in its place. So I had a look on the Internet and I must agree, could the people in power not get the best architects to design a building which would be more representative of Africa? Something which would "sit" better and be "softer" on the eye? This really looks out of place and grotesque on pictures. I have been in Russia to visit my friends there and this building look like a typical Communist structure from the 1960's
