  I have been waiting for an order for more than 3 weeks, then only part of the order arrived because it was not send through correctly, the remaining part was ordered and again I was told it will take 10 days. Although we requested special transport for which we were willing to pay to ensure earlier delivery this was ignored. I phoned the shop in Windhoek and a very rude woman answered the phone, after I explained my situation she asked me if i want to off load the truck in RSA to find my order - according to her the order is ont he truck already and it will take 10 days to drive to Namibia - Terrible, terrible service, They chare a lot of money for their products but are not matching the prices with good service. I cannot recomend this company
