  Hi Brian, What is the status? Next time just inform all your customers that they should not hand in an Apple device, because 3G Mobile cannot do the following: 1. Deliver a proper service on the feedback 2. Supply proper replacement parts for a device, they only have sub-standard equipment 3. Properly repair a devise within a months’ time – to date I have not yet received a properly repaired product. I will never use or refer any person to 3G Mobile with such a poor service and sub-standard replacement parts, I should have given the device to Nanodog, where the speed of execution and the quality is something where 3G Mobile should learn from.
