::Went to see new Incredables 2, 19.45 show on Tuesday 26th of June. Bought tickets few hours in advance and everything went smoothly. Price was decent and service was good. It was 19.30, and we and others who were going to the show were waiting to get inside the movie theater. 19.45, we were still waiting and upon asking the staff we only got a murmured response. Eventually someone told us that in that theatre they were still screening the previous movie. So eventually there was a crowd patiently waiting. At 20.00 we didnt receive any new information on how long it will take until they let us in, so me and my partner decided that this was taking too long and we walked out without refund. How is this possible as movies take a specific amount of time to run? We would understand if there were some technical problem or cleaning problem but we werent given any explantion upon asking.

::Terrible experience...... The chunked a black daughter and her mother out of the cinema because they both paid for the same ticket with a white fam and the white fam took their seats ....... And they stopped the movie for about 15 minutes and then when they restarted the movie they made us repeat 30minutes of the parts we had already watched..... Really disappointing........

::Quite a few theatres, some with rather large screens. Reasonably clean. Absurdly expensive snacks.

::Great place to watch a movie.... especially if you want to watch 3D movies-theatres are always clean, but the service is realy bad. You have to cue at least half an hour before the movie starts if you want some snacks or you will the opening scenes.

::This the nation's best movie theater. I couldn't ask for more. Pricing is reasonable, snacks are endless and you get to see up and coming films first hand.
