  Always the same. No staff to assist you and management is also nowhere to be seen. Luckily there are other shops that offer the same products and better service. It is unfortunate that both Megabuild shops in Windhoek lack massively when it comes to customer service.

  Generally a nice hardware store, staff are friendly. Inventory management is a problem here, very often items are not available for long periods of time.
