::Poor after-sales service. Bought a Defy fridge which developed problems while under guarantee. Went to Nictus to report issue but staff very unresponsive and did not take the matter seriously. The person who took down my details was more interested in talking to his colleagues. Claimed he would send an email to Defy but I had to go to Defy Windhoek myself to make an appointment for a technician to assist.
