  If Colonel Sanders were alive today, he'd be horrified to find a place like this under his name -- the staff are some of the rudest individuals I've ever met in a long 23 years of fast food experience. Here are just some of the gems out of here: 1. We asked to switch rice out for cole slaw. We were told this wasn't possible, and that we would need to order in addition. Um, excuse me? 2. We asked for the wifi password, and the woman snatched one of our phones in order to enter it in, refusing to provide it to the group. 3. One of the sandwiches we ordered ended up being raw, and we asked to change it out. Turns out chicken is "best served medium rare" and we were forced to buy another one. Cut it open, and it's pink. This place barely qualifies as a service establishment, and if I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would. Highly, highly recommend not coming here -- would have been happier eating out of a trash can. Learn to serve your customers, or be prepared to lose them.
