  Were requested to park in street. Though ad said secure, onsite, inside parking. I refused and parked inside. I paid for secure inside parking as per ad. Spoiled my weekend. I hated this unnecessary request. If I were informed before I paid, I would have found alternative accomodation.

  Very old place, kitchens need TLC, but the owners r absolutely awesome & so the staff! Rooms r clean & tidy!

  Travelling on a budget through Namibia is not an impossible dream. Do try Jetty Self Catering if you are visiting Swakopmund. The rooms are not for the fancy "I want it all traveler", but on a budget it is difficult to beat. There is enough crockery, there is a 2 plate stove, microwave and a fair sized fridge for you to get into the self in "self catering". Situated almost on the beach, this is a very good location from which you can go and explore the town of Swakopmund.
