  The service was okay. What bugged me out is the fact that they are selling Phillip Irons and who knows what else with UK Plugs. Upon returning you need to buy a normal plug (can be used in Namibia) that's N$20 and more. They sell both. At least replace the plugs of all of them before putting it up for sale. Quick to see that a business is more about making money than keeping customers happy.

  Bought an item here that was faulty upon returning it 'Customer service told us we broke it. They treated us as if was our fault. Eventually we got a refund after spending 1 hour in the store.

  Ek wil net graag vir Francois en sy personeel by die Grove Mall bedank vir persoonlike, uitstekende vriendelike diens. "n Produk gekoop wat foutief was en het my dadelik gehelp deur die produk om te ruil vir my met groot vriendelikheid. Dis nie aldag wat 'n mens personeel vind wat so hulpvaardig is nie.
